So apparently Mrs. Idiot is now planning her memoirs. It's telling that her reading list includes "The Brothers Karamazov" and "Beloved" but excludes "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and "My Pet Goat".
I've got a good title for her new book:
"I Can't Believe I've Squandered 30 Years with This Fucking Illiterate"

I try not to speculate about other people's marriages - I really have NO idea how some people manage to stay together for as long as they do. That being said, though, I really do wonder how Laura Bush did/does it. I figure we've got one of two possibilities; either she's REALLY good at separating the "personal" from the "professional" or she's in league with him and has no problem with his "professional." Either way, she scares me.

I'm skeptical about her supposed reading list. I can't see how you could read Beloved or any of the Russians and then sit down to dinner with the "misunderestimated" guy and not slit your throat with a solid silver bone handled fish knife given to you by the Ambassador from Peru.
